Ministry Vision & Purpose

When I Rise I Worship Ministries is in place to inspire, encourage and provoke Christians to live a life that glorifies God in their everyday living. This worship life is accomplished by developing an intimate relationship with the Lord, through acknowledging and involving Holy Spirt in every aspect of their lives. The end result is a life of devotion, obedience and submission to the Lord Jesus Christ; His Cause and His Cross. We believe that if the foundation of the relationship is love and not fear it yields peaceable fruit and is easily entreated and shared with other. We want to help those who name the Name of Jesus Christ to develop true communion and fellowship with the Lord through daily times of devotion, worship, waiting and responding to Him and His Voice. Our main audience is women but isn’t limited to women. We invite anyone who is hungry for God, who want to know Him in a very real and tangible way to participate in the dialogue of this page. However, being a woman I journey through this life with the understanding that we walk in and progress in many stages of life; whether its young adulthood, marriage, motherhood, menopause, or ministry. I’ve experienced love, loss, and liberation, but through it all it was the intimate devotional life with the Lord that carried me; and continues to carry me through. I invite you to join me as we journey together in living this life to the glory of God!!

Statement of Faith

 

  • We believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of the Living God.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Word of God personified in the flesh, and the only way to a relationship with God.
  • We believe that Jesus was crucified, died, and rose from the dead to pay the wages of sin for all mankind.  We believe that after the ascension of Jesus’s to heaven, Holy Spirit was sent to dwell and abide within us to give us power to be His witnesses in the earth and to overcome all of the attacks of the enemy.
  • We believe that Jesus is coming back to receive the people of God; the dead in Christ will rise first and those alive will be caught up to meet him in the air.
  • We believe that God hears and answers prayers and there is nothing impossible to Him.
  • We believe that there is nothing impossible to God.  He is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient and He is concerned about everything that concerns His people.
  • We believe that church membership and attendance is a vital part of growing up in Christ, learning the Word of God, and the place that we work together with other believers to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that God-given, anointed pastors are needed to teach the Word of God, feed with knowledge and understanding, to pray for, and  help watch for  and our souls
